MXG Waste Solutions operate a purpose built “Total Redox Materials Recycling Facility” at our Corbriggs site near Chesterfield, conveniently placed to provide waste disposal facilities for businesses at highly competitive prices. Our fully trained and knowledgeable operatives use the Redox separation plant and machinery to extract the maximum amount of recyclable materials from any waste collected or received at the facility, meeting all duty of care, legislation and environmental regulations.

After making an assessment of the waste materials received, and after processing with our Redox separation equipment, we would endeavour, where possible, to find an end user to recycle the waste products, therefore reducing the impact on the environment and reducing carbon footprints.

The Following Materials Will Not Be Accepted At Our Site:

The Redox Recycling System we refer to throughout our site is a mechanical system of separating, sorting and maximising the recycling potential of all waste received at our site.

Operatives manually inspect and pre-sort the waste received, it is then placed into a deposit hopper, which then passes onto a conveyor system of trammels, star screens, band magnets and wind shifters to separate materials.

The conveyors then pass the separated materials through the picking station where operatives deposit wood, plastics, hardcore and metals into bays. These are then recycled and reprocessed for reuse markets, with all hardcore crushed and reused as aggregates.
